The Shelter blowers for PA cabinet are fused by two 3A fuses, F4 & F5. They come on when the Main breaker is on, which means the blowers run 100% of the time even if no other equipment in the shelter it turned on. To prevent the blowers from running constantly, I had removed the fuse for F5. This resulted in the blowers not operating, but it wasn't an optimal solution for the days when I needed the vents open and the blowers running. I'd blown a couple of fuses just inserting and removing them due to arcing. I decided to replace the fuse with a circuit breaker similar to those at the bottom of the power entry panel. That way I could easily make/break the blowers power without arcing or continuing to blow fuses.
