This is a self-paced course in learning the AN/TSC-60(V)2 and (V)3 HF Communications facility.  The actual TO is required to progress through this training.  The TO is not supplied here.

The purpose of these downloads is to share my knowledge and experience with the Rockwell-Collins AN/TSC-60 series of HF communications systems; specifically the (V)2, (V)4 and (V)9 facilities.  Presented here are copies of various manuals and personally created materials used during training or operation of the facilities.  Please note these technologies were used during the Cold War period and some of the information presented here may be found on other various web sites if you spend enough time searching.

To those Military and Government individuals who believe the information presented here may be of a sensitive nature, please understand much of this can be found on a number of varying military related forums and web sites, in addition to various government technical manual suppliers and libraries.

These are quick references I created during my time as a technician working on the AN/TSC-60(V)2.  Our team used these to perform quick maintenance tasks to validate equipment operation prior to establishing communications and running comm circuits.  Included are extracts from various TOs and other publications that assisted the operation of the facility.

This is a basic introduction to electronics; components, characteristics, math and theory.
