The purpose of these downloads is to share my knowledge and experience with the Rockwell-Collins AN/TSC-60 series of HF communications systems; specifically the (V)2, (V)4 and (V)9 facilities.  Presented here are copies of various manuals and personally created materials used during training or operation of the facilities.  Please note these technologies were used during the Cold War period and some of the information presented here may be found on other various web sites if you spend enough time searching.
